Eco-Champions Assemble: A Night of Art, Science, and Celebration!

The 4 Conservation Charitable Foundation (4CCF) is buzzing with excitement following the grand finale of our 2025 "Art for Earth" pilot program! As teaching artists, we believe that when you mix the precision of science with the soul of art, you create a powerful catalyst for change. On Monday, December 8, 2025, that synergy came to life in a truly unforgettable way.

The "Art for Earth" contest serves as a pedagogical bridge. By engaging student artists, we aim to move conservation out of the textbook and into the community. Our winners have become "Eco-Champions," using their craftsmanship to connect with vital local organizations like the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, the Alewife Cove Conservancy, and the Mystic River Watershed.

A Message from the Executive Director

Greetings 4CCF Eco-Champions and engaged community members,

For those I haven't yet met, I'm honored to serve as the Executive Director for 2025-2026. My dedication to environmental conservation and sustainable practices is at the heart of my leadership at 4CCF.

This year, I'm working closely with our esteemed Founding Board and industry professionals to advance our strategic business plan and launch critical pilot educational programs. I'm pleased to report a significant increase in community engagement, reflecting a growing collective commitment to our mission.

Outside of 4CCF, I lead Fountain Street Creative, an event production company in Providence, RI, and have spent over 35 years as a teaching artist at institutions like RISD, Brown University, Providence After School Alliance, NEFA, Shri Yoga Community Arts, and area schools.

Thanks to your collective efforts, we're actively planning an impactful lineup of events for the year ahead. A key personal objective is to expand our classroom programs, fostering innovative environmental education.

While the future holds immense promise, your continued support is essential. We respectfully ask that you:

•    Attend events whenever possible.
•    Invite colleagues or industry peers to broaden our reach.
•    Consider becoming a sponsor or joining our advisory board next year to strengthen our collective impact.

4CCF thrives through your dedication. Should you have any ideas, concerns, or feedback, please know my door is always open. This organization exists to serve its communities, and I'm here to listen.
